Terms of Service

Welcome to Care My Trip CRM("the Service"), operated by Care My Trip. By accessing or using the Service, you ("you", "the user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.

1. Account Registration

  • Accounts are created by your organization's administrator.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must notify your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.
  • One account per person. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
  • You must provide accurate, current information when prompted.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including data protection laws)
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or the underlying infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited marketing messages, spam, or malicious content to leads
  • Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Exceed rate limits or deliberately disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service in ways that infringe the intellectual property rights of others

3. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you import, create, or receive through the Service (leads, quotations, bookings, customer records — "Customer Data").

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your Customer Data solely to provide the Service. We do not use your data to train AI models, sell to third parties, or for marketing without your explicit consent.

You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful basis (consent, legitimate interest, etc.) to store and process the personal data of leads/customers in the CRM, per India's DPDP Act 2023 and any other applicable regulations.

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects with third-party platforms (Facebook Lead Ads, Google Lead Forms, landing pages, etc.) at your direction. When you enable these integrations:

  • You authorize us to access and retrieve data from those platforms on your behalf
  • You agree to abide by the terms and privacy policies of those third parties
  • We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or data issues originating from third-party platforms
  • You may revoke any integration at any time; we'll stop accessing that platform immediately

5. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (announced in advance)
  • Unscheduled emergency fixes or infrastructure issues
  • Third-party outages (hosting provider, MySQL, ad platforms)
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, widespread internet disruption)

We will make reasonable efforts to restore service and notify affected users promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service name, logo, codebase, design, and all original content are owned by Care My Trip. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business operations.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost leads, business interruption)
  • Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (or ₹0 if no fees were paid)
  • We are not liable for data loss caused by your own actions (e.g., accidental deletions)

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Your administrator can deactivate your account via the Users settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. We will notify you of material violations before termination where possible.

On termination, you may request an export of your Customer Data within 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where practical, via in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction where the Company is registered.
